I think MOTOR TRUCKS error is that they KNEW the 4.6l & 5.4L 3V heads are notorious for breaking plugs, therefore they should have been pro-active and informed their customer at write-up time that breakage was a potential/likely reality. It would've been smart... Login to read more.
