Hi Dave,

The shop KNOWS this vehicle has an issue, KNOWS there is a TSB and doesn't forewarn the customer they may be a problem? They share a majority of the burden. Along with possibly not following the TSB regarding removal of the remainder of the plug(s),... Login to read more.
