A couple points to add since seeing some responses so far:

1. Techs are salary 2. Brake job he was doing was not a crushing hurry. 3. I discourage waiting appointments as hard as I can, cuz I don't like them. 4. Waiter job was for inspection/emissions test. Login to read more.
