I wouldn't ever bet against someone that stated their MIL wasn't flashing or even on. I've had those and similar and other non similar vehicles with obvious problems that never set codes and/or never flashed the MIL. Dunno why. I drove my 2000 Focus for 2 mont... Login to read more.
