The expectation of accuracy increases with cost.

If I paid $200 (Or whatever) for a Check engine light diagnosis and it fixed the car......Great.

If you call back and say "It wasn't XXXXX Sensor, we need XXXXX" I'm not going to be happy... Login to read more.
