In my opinion it is not unethical, but often doing research is necessary to fix or find a problem on a car. Often the first 10 to 15 minutes of a diagnosis is spent looking up TSBs, looking the code up in Shopkey5 or Alldata. Then, if I need to, I look on IATN... Login to read more. ![]()
