Someone tell me if I'm wrong... I work in an "at will" state as well. However, the example given here seems illegal. I read "at will" to mean with no reason, but to fire someone for a reason such as "he wouldn't let me sleep with his wife" or "he wouldn't pay ... Login to read more. ![]()
