My experience has been pretty much like Kelly's , the sure way to avoid the issue is pay a salary . It gets sticky on flatrate , in my mind a flat rate mech is kinda like a sub-contractor in that it is implyed they are compitant , and also bear some of the ris... Login to read more. ![]()
