Would this be wallet flushing?
This '00 Explorer has 94k miles on it. It came in for an
ABS light complaint. I found a bad RWSS. I checked the
vehicle over, lights, fluids, belt, hoses... I found this
black oil. No sticker to say when it was changed last.
