Customer stopped payment

I have a customer that stopped payment on a $700 VISA charge. We took the card over the phone. Turns out it was his girlfriends card and she is disputing the charge. Now we can't get in touch with the customer and all we have is a cell phone number. Ideas?... Login to read more.
