If you aren't scheduling very far in advance, how do you fill your days? I mean, if you have 10 techs, there can't be work for all 10 every day, for a whole day, unless you're extremely lucky. I figure scheduling for a 1 or 2 man shop is probably simpler than ... Login to read more.
