Ok.. so it happens like this. I get a ticket handed to me with 3 things on the ticket .

1. LOF

2. Rotate

3. Check surging at 35 to 40 mph

So I do the LOF, and rotate the tires, checked fluids. Then I drive the vehicle... no scanner hooked up.. thought ... Login to read more.
