I have 7.5 hr workdays(officially anyhow). I book 4 of those hours for my tech, and 3 for myself. That's 7 hrs booked, out of a possible 11.5, since my tech is part time. I leave the rest for upsells and extra work found on those jobs. I leave the last few day... Login to read more.
