Kansas: You know the only reason that Ca made it illegal to put a flat fee for shop supplies was?? Sales Tax!! If you charge just a flat fee(4.50 cocos) and accutaly used 10 cocos worth of supplies they missed out on that percentage of tax. I charge a flat fee... Login to read more.
