Overtime is paid for hours actually worked. Overtime rate does not apply to flat rated hours that are over 40 IF the tech only physically works 40 hours..... meaning if they flat rate 60 hours but only physically worked 40 hours, they would get 60 flat rate ho... Login to read more.
