WOW! If he paid for a diagnosis, and the diagnosis was WRONG, I dont feel he should pay. Should not pay for the diagnosis and should not pay for the repairs that were not "NEEDED". This sounds like a typical incompetent shop that just puts parts on till it run... Login to read more.
