It was a "no start".. he diag'd the no-start, that's what the charge is for. And about the valves.. I agree... with him that is. They "should be" ok.. it's a free wheeling engine. But, if you'd like, I'm sure he be glad to charge even more time to r&r the valv... Login to read more.
