I'm currently 46 lbs down, have more energy and feel much better. At least when I don't crash the bicycle in the middle of a busy highway at 20+ mph. (damn super slick newfangled asphalt patches NJ is using!) My left shoulder doesn't appreciate it. ... Login to read more.
