Re: Survey: Labor Rate Required in your neck-o-the-woods?
Massachusetts requires a posted labor rate and a statement
about how charges are calculated - flat rate or straight
time. It can be posted on the wall, printed on a work
order, given as a handout, etc. But is must be available to
anyone who comes in. ![]()
