I once saw the results of a Roloc pad left inside an engine. There was no goo involved. What was left was the velcro pad (remember those?) and hundreds of fibers roughly 1/2 inch long. Each thread felt abrasive to the touch, even more abrasive than a disc norm... Login to read more.
