Hi Roy!!

Batteries Plus follows this procedure:

1. Battery MUST BE AT ROOM TEMPETURE. 65 TO 75 DEGREES. Even if it means it has to sit overnight in our store.

2. Battery MUST BE FULLY CHARGED. Even if that means pulse charging all the next day.
