I agree. The sign seems vindictive and punitive -- going way beyond covering bad check expenses. Its not unheard of for someone's checks to bounce because the bank failed to post a deposit in a timely fashion, someobdy wrote THEM a bad check etc. etc. I am 59 ... Login to read more.
