Hi Paul:

As I recall flatrate pay RATE is 25% LESS than hourly, the formula being that while an hourly worker is expected to perform 8 in 8, a flatrate worker is expected to perform at 125% and therefore produce 10 in 8. All for the 'opportunity' of cranking... Login to read more.
