Hello to all- I am using pre-printed forms. The only thing pre-printed is at the bottom 1 1/2" or so I have the imformation required by the state of WI. I.E. approval signature info, mechanics lien, parts return, and other little bits of vital stuff I couldn't... Login to read more.
