Re: another question about flat rate pay
I'll probably get a bunch of grief over this, but here goes. For a flat-rate tech, every time the labor rate goes up without an increase to the tech, the shop is essentially saying the work the tech does is worth more to everyone but the tech.... Login to read more. ![]()
