Re: Customers worth losing even before you get them
I don't know if this makes the list. Customer comes in with a coolant leak and tells me "i don't care about the coolant leak just fix my AC." Well, that's the best way to get kicked out of my shop and sent down the road, nicely as possible. Login to read more. ![]()
