Age shouldn't matter. Have worked with a few that were older than I and have learned alot. The only good advise I can give is when you get hired, don't say , well when I was running MY OWN SHOP, or THE WAY WE DID IT AT MY SHOP.... Remember it is not YOUR SHOP,... Login to read more.
