Rita, I have a line I use in this situation... "Mr. or Ms. Customer, we aren't in the habit of sending our business away from here, but I have to tell you that the dealer will cover this repair at little or no charge due to a recall/tsb/etc. I would love to do... Login to read more. ![]()
