I have 4 folders marked Week 1,2,3 & 4. When a bill comes in I determine what week that bill needs to be paid in. ie, taxes are the 20th of each month so this month that is week 3. If I have a 5th week in the month then I can usually move a few bills ahead one... Login to read more.
