Our PA program so far--We have done 180 emission inspections and 3 failed for a bad gas cap, and one failed for a bad Cat. 3 gas caps for a total of 30.00, And 1 Cat, abot 200. Don't see where this program will ever allow us to make anything at all. Login to read more.
