What if a car comes in with no CEL say a 2001 chry. Problem/ complaint Will not rev. over 3500 RPM in Gear. Part throttle ok full throttle no good. No codes PCM, Trans ABS, Body now what? Clue Scanner is really not needed to dia. or fix. Login to read more.
