Sprint's HQ is right here in KC, and I have been a customer for years, BUT... Their Customer Service Mostly SUCKS. I say Mostly because about 1 out of 4 times they are great. The rest of the time they are the worst, Consumers Reports also Rates them at the bot... Login to read more.
