Just don't sell labor by the hour sell it by the job. If the book calls for 2.2 hours plus your hour of diagnosis time then multiply 3.2 by your labor rate and tell joe customer it will cost x amount of labor to repair his car. Do not tell him 3.2 hours. This ... Login to read more. ![]()
