When should a wheel fall off a vehicle?

Obviously, if properly torqued, never. But what if it was torqued 10% less, 20% less, 30% less, etc. etc. Wouldn't it logically stay on longest the more it was torqued? Likewise, what other factors would be involved in... Login to read more.
