I found the TSB (2 actually). The correct numbers are Group 17 No.99-02 and Group 17 No.99-01. It does state that too much oil will cause a misfire code. It doesn't say how much oil it will take to cause it or what it effects. It only states that misfire DTCs ... Login to read more.
