Glenn, personal responsibility aside, would you jumpstart a car for driver you KNEW to be drunk? Thats what the DA is all bothered about, that the driver knew ( or should have known) the driver had been drinking...IMO, "fail" to start te car, then tow the guy ... Login to read more.
