I have one like that too. In Texas, after you have had the car for 30 days, you send out a notice of intent to file a mechanics lien on the vehicle. Then after 30 days if the owner or lienholder hasnt paid for it-you have an "auction" and it is yours-or whoeve... Login to read more.
