Yeah,the IRS and the State revenue folks, maybe even the DNR ( Iowas Version of the EPA). Problem is alot of these guys are completely LEGAL, with the possible exception of zoning ordinance, and the city isnt as dillegent about enforcement as they ought to be.... Login to read more.
