Hmmm. Hard to say. I have personally seen a few est. (not at my shop 'cause I write them, but in the past), that were writen as full labor on T-belt AND full labor on water pump when the w.p. is driven by the t-belt. I prefer to think of that due to ignorance ... Login to read more.
