It depends on the individual.

I remember 5 or 7 years back, when LABSCOPES were the biggest discussion on the tools forum. Everybody argued you needed SAMPLE SPEED! You needed UPDATE RATE! If it didnt say FLUKE or TEKTRONIX you wouldnt have any PRAYER of fix... Login to read more.
