You should be looking for a different carreer if all you have made in your 40 plus overtime hours is 40 times the min wage (I don't even know what it is - say 6bucks)plus OT. So say you worked 60 hours, you would have a claim if you made less than 40x6 + 20x9 ... Login to read more.
