| 2014 Ford Escape SE 2.0L Wipers VIN: 1FMCU0G93E Sorry for the late response. wanted to make sure this one was fixed. We ended up finding a bad negative battery cable and faulty battery temp sensor which is part of the cable. Thank you to all that replied. |

| 2016 Ford Fusion SE 2.0L Differential VIN: 3FA6P0T9XG Thanks to one and all for your help on this. The RDU was the issue. The customer recently had new tires installed elsewhere. One of the tires was a different size than the other three. I replaced the RDU and replaced the tire. All is good. Thanks again! |
