Help time! Have this cobalt with P0651. On this car #2 five volt reference circuit feeds app 1, tp sensor 1+2 and the ckp. I replaced the f pump and got the pressure within specs (regulator in assy. due to being flex fuel) I wasted my update with the cyl. leak down test LOL it was supposed to say "10%" not 0%...anyways I checked it again and got it to go to 5% by moving the air fi...
