| 2004 Honda Accord EX 3.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1HGCM66594 Thanks for all the replies. I had to put in another PCM and ground circuit come back normal but the canister replacement also needed. So it took PCM, vent valve, and a canister to fix this car. I found out "L75" mean latest software. Anything below "L75" is ol...
