| 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD LT 6.0L will not go over 70m VIN: 1GC2CZCG3D it did have a 9b9 rpo and this is why it would not go faster. we programmed the ecm to a 2011 2500 with a 6.0 litre and 6 speed trans. truck will go as fast as the customer wants. |
