2013 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD LT 6.0L Will Not Go Over 70M
this truck will not go over 70mph. it runs great and it will haul in any gear up to 70mph. I have checked for a governor. reprogrammed the ecm and trans. have not found anything under the hood or dash. help chris thanks
