Thanks to all who replied. Steve had the right answer. The ignition module was defective, and did not recognize a cam sensor input, and that sent the PCM into limp mode substituting fixed values for the o2 and generating the p1133. A new ignition module fixed... Trouble codes: P0340, P1133.
