thanks to all who replied. The problem was with the bcm, it wasn't seeing a repose when the ac was being requested, we installed a new bcm and programmed it and all worked great,

2012 Chevrolet Equinox LT 2.4L No Start VIN: 2GNALDEK0C
So I found a green wire broken...perhaps a low speed LAN...after that I had all of the authorizations and even had a starter relay "ON" PID...unfortunately it still wouldn't crank with the key. Powered the wire from the ECM to the starter relay and it cranked... Trouble codes: P0615 (Starter relay control circuit).
