William and Nigel, thank you for confirming our thoughts. The rack was faulty. We replaced the rack and all is well. All parts were from Chrysler.

2003 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L low power VIN: 3D7LU38C93
Thanks for the responses. I took all the transfer tubes back out, inspected and cleaned and reinstalled. It holds pressure now. I suspect I did not get #6 torqued correctly because it is so hard to get to and it seemed to break loose easier then the rest.

2013 Dodge ram 1500 5.7L alarm
Now for the rest of the story...turns out the customer put fobix #2 in a hide a key under the vehicle, we get 180" of rain a year here, needless to say the fobix was nothing but corrosion. ordered new fobix. thanks for all the help have a great day!
