power going in was too low. voltage drop. I saw 10 volts or so and its cold so I thought thats ok! No the voltage was too low. I ran a power from battery to the feed and have brake lights.

THANKS EVERYONE. I WAS 90% SURE IT WAS THE HEATER CORE. JUST NEEDED EVERYONES REASSURANCE BEFORE I DUG IN TO THE DASH. REPLACED HEATER CORE AND ALL IS WELL. HOTTER THAN HELL NOW. THANKS AGAIN.
